How To Overcome Fear & Self-Doubt

You want to create a lifestyle where you get well paid for doing something you love and that you find fulfilling.

But at the same time, you recognise that fear, self-doubt or concerns that you are “not good enough” stand in your way.

Probably you’ve tried saying positive affirmations.

Perhaps you’ve reached out to a therapist to try to “work” on yourself.

And maybe you’ve even attended some kind of retreat.

But still, the fear, self-doubt and worries about money - whilst maybe slightly less bothersome - are still there, holding you back.

Let me tell you why:

The fact that you experience fear, self-doubt or unworthiness is not what holds you back.

What holds you back is the fact that you identify with the fear, judge yourself for experiencing it, and do what you can to avoid feeling it fully.

Fear only holds you back if you identify with it, in other words, you think that what you are experiencing is who you are, or you judge or shame yourself for what you are experiencing which results in resistance to it.

You sub-consciously make it mean something about you that you are having an emotional experience, you lose sight of the fact that it is merely a temporary experience, and you try to stop it from happening.

That's why any attempts to get rid of your fear or shame barely make a difference, until you address the real root cause of your issue which is simply the forgetting of who you really are.

Try this little experiment and you will see what I mean:

Notice what happens in your body and how it feels to say,

'I am afraid'

Now notice what happens in your body and how it feels to say instead,

'I am experiencing fear'.

Can you see the difference in those two statements?

The first one is literally saying 'I AM this'...

The second one is saying that you are experiencing something and therefore it is temporary and separate from you.

Knowing this difference is literally the secret to becoming someone completely unstoppable.

The first one is literally saying 'I AM this'...

The second one is saying that you are experiencing something and therefore it is temporary and separate from you.

Highly successful people aren't successful because they don't experience fear or self-doubt.

They are successful because they don't identify with their fear or self-doubt.

True financial freedom comes, not when you don’t experience money worries, fear, or doubt about your value anymore, but when you are able to recognise these things as just temporary day-dreams and let them be without judging them - or you.

So rather than waiting for the day to come when you don't experience these things anymore before taking action to create the life you want (which is never going to come), instead, remember who you really are:

The one who is aware.
